James Unwin
Position: Owner / Recruitment Consultant / Game Changer
Role: I look after any Freelance and Permanent White Collar recruitment positions across Operational, Technical and Customer Care for the business.
Nationality: British
Background: I started as a painter upon leaving school. Upon starting my family before the birth of my son I decided to change careers into sales and helped build up a successful debt management business. I did this all whilst working weekends on the railway as a groundworker to support my family before transferring my skillset to recruitment. I now personally have 7 years recruitment experience specialising in the residential sector.
Motivations: a better life for my family, making a mark and building something great.
Character: hard working, focused, deliver on my promises, proud.
Favourite quote: “It is what it is"
Biggest Achievement: Completing 2 half marathons for the Ronald Mcdonald Charity (who looked after us providing us with accommodation when my son was in hospital) and a Tough Mudder and the Manchester 10k for a charity called Mind who support mental health.
Most embarrassing moment: Picking up what I thought was a long sleeve white shirt on my way to work only for it to be short sleeved and having to wear it for the whole day being called a bouncer and being asked what time school finishes.
Favourite colour: Green
Favourite Hobby: Fitness events, family days out.
2 things to tick off my bucket list: Building a successful business and taking my family away to America as my son is just about tall enough to get in the theme parks.

Lorretta Smith
Position: Office Manager
Role: I look after all of the business requirements outside of recruiting.
Nationality: British.
Background: I started my career in the retail sector as a manager of a busy high street brand before putting all of my knowledge and accomplishments into running one of the Northwest's most successful food and drink establishments which I have been doing now for over a decade. I started my family at the age of 25 and I took time out to focus on family life in 2015 and I'm now back working with the focus of using my skillset and knowledge in the recruitment sector.
Motivations: Providing the best life for my Son and my 2 dogs.
Character: Focused, hard working and kind hearted.
Favourite quote: “I love you more today than I will tomorrow" (I know its wrong but my dad used to say it to me)
Biggest Achievement: Raising a family.
Most embarrassing moment: Being scared on a kids ride and my son comforting me (he's only 7) Shouting to my partner stop the ride.

Favourite Hobby: Cleaning (they call me Mrs Hinch)
